    Job Description: As a Data Engineer at River Records, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of our clinical copilot, Stream. You will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure necessary to support Stream's advanced machine-learning algorithms. This includes designing data pipelines, implementing data processing solutions, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our data infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support Stream's AI algorithms.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and data scientists, to integrate data processing solutions into Stream's architecture.

    • Optimize and tune data processing workflows for performance and efficiency.

    • Implement data quality and validation processes to ensure the integrity of the data used by Stream.

    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering and machine learning.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    • Solid experience with data engineering tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Hadoop, etc.)

    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

    • Strong understanding of database systems and SQL.

    Job Description: As a Software Developer at River Records, you will be an integral part of our development team, contributing to the enhancement and evolution of Stream, our clinical copilot You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and UX/UI designers, to implement new features, optimize performance, and ensure the reliability of Stream's software infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain software components and features for Stream's AI Scribe and Documentation tool.

    • Collaborate with data engineers to integrate machine learning algorithms and data processing capabilities into Stream's architecture.

    • Implement efficient and scalable software solutions to enhance the performance and usability of Stream.

    • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities to ensure the quality and reliability of Stream's software components.

    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in software development, healthcare technology, and AI.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.

    • Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, React, Angular) is a plus.

You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales culture, and establishing strong relationships with healthcare providers and organizations to promote Stream's value proposition.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for Stream.

    • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to drive sales performance and professional development.

    • Identify and prioritize target customers and market segments for Stream, and develop tailored sales strategies and messaging to effectively engage and convert prospects into customers.

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including healthcare providers, administrators, and decision-makers, to promote Stream and secure new business opportunities.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives and customer needs.

    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

    • Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare technology or related industries.
